Musica Viva Australia In Schools is an all-inclusive package that provides a year-round engaging music program for teachers and students.

Interactive live performance

Choose from 13 culturally and musically diverse ensembles with some of Australia’s best musicians! We are delighted to present live in-school performances to schools nationally. 

Teaching and learning resources

• Up to 12 weeks of curriculum-aligned lesson plans 

• Interactive content that brings the musicians into the classroom with instructional videos 

• Independent Student Learning Journeys that can be accessed in school or at home  

Online professional development and support

Our webinars cover each of our 13 programs and guide you through the included online teaching and learning resource. A music specialist will demonstrate how you can best utilise our curriculum aligned-activities and student learning journeys. Webinars also give you the unique opportunity to meet the musicians from the ensemble you have booked.

Please note we are unable to record webinars for distribution. 

Pricing & Financial Assistance

$10.50 per student (min. 150 students per concert*)
*An exemption to the minimum student numbers may be available for small schools.

Musica Viva Australia is able to offer financial assistance to schools in need through our Equal Music program.
Support is available for low ICSEA and small schools, and for students facing financial or geographical barriers that would otherwise prohibit them from participating.
